Key Responsibilities: ( Real estate industry only)

**Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for land/property acquisitions, including title verification and compliance with applicable laws.** Identify legal issues in transaction structuring and ensure adherence to development regulations. **Draft and oversee the execution of legal documents such as sale agreements, title transfer deeds, lease deeds, license agreements, and other related documents.** Liaise and coordinate with external legal counsel and relevant stakeholders. **Represent the company in legal matters when required.** Monitor legal developments in the real estate sector and update the management on relevant changes or rulings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Law degree with a solid foundation in legal principles across disciplines.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience, with proven expertise in real estate law.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to provide practical and legally sound advice. **Fluency in Kannada (reading and writing) is mandatory.**:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience in real estate

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
