**Supporting Actions**

**Statutory Compliance & Liaison with Govt Authorities**
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance and Liaison with Govt Authorities related to environment & Pollution Control, ESI/PF, Labor, Factory and Boiler, Ground water authorities, Rev & Taxation, Local administration, external stakeholders, meet organization standard - IMS, sustainability etc.
- Facilitate Unit leadership team and department related to legal matters/ cases and do liaison with lawyers to reduce/resolve the cases.

**Agreements, Contracts & Risk Analysis**
- Preparation of Legal & commercial contracts etc.
- Draft and review various types of agreements and legal documents, notices to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
- Develop standardized agreement templates for consistency. Update templates based on legal and regulatory changes
- Submit monthly & annual detailed risk analysis research/report on legal matters impacting to business decisions
- Capable to Handle complex legal matters involving multiple stakeholders.
- Thoroughly review legal documents to identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align risk assessments with business objectives.

**Litigation Management**
- Ensure & provide proper necessity related to existing legal cases, attend legal cases hearing
- Manage litigation cases using Provakil, ensuring real-time updates.
- Strategize defense with internal teams and external advocates.
- Identify cases for closure or resolution.

**Communication with external stakeholders, Due Diligence and Expansion Support**
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties, including regulators and counsel.
- Build trustworthy relationships with external stakeholders.
- Assist in evaluating acquisition and expansion opportunities, conducting due diligence.
- Provide legal support for governance and commercial documentation.

**Knowledge Up-to-date**
- Stay informed about legislative changes and legal trends.
- Continuously update legal knowledge.

**Qualifications**:
LL.B / B.L.S.

**Minimum Experience Level**:
3-8 Years
