We are seeking a compassionate and committed Student Counsellor to join our educational team. The primary role of the student counsellor is to promote the emotional and professional development of students, design and manage counselling programs, and offer guidance in both educational and career choices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer personalized career guidance and assess students’ skills to support career development.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between students, teachers, and parents.
- Develop, manage, and assist with the implementation of counselling programs.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the courses offered.
- Advise professional executives on the educational programs available based on their needs and preferences.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient admission process for students.
- Collaborate with the institute's operations team to address student queries.
- Provide regular reports to the management.
- Conduct cold calling and manage the database.
- Convert leads into successful admissions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Counsellor.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm to work are also welcome.
- Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is prefferred.
- Strong ability to advise and support students effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Must be willing to work from the office.

**Timings -** 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Mon-Sat)

**About the company -**Arena Animation provides skill development career programs in Animation, VFX - Visual Effects, Graphic Design, Web Design & Development, Game Design & Game Development, and Digital marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
