Objective: The objective of a Career Counsellor is to assisting individuals in making decisions about their careers & education paths.

Objective Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for helping clients in determining their talents, values preference and goal, in further studies/defining career goal.
- Responsible for performing assessment and administering personality tests.
- Guiding clients and using interest inventories aptitude test & psychometric test (Initially target audience would from 14years age group to 18-19years).
- Stay updated on career counselling regulations and guidelines.
- Aptitude & Psychometric test know about and knowledge is must, further interpreting the test result to clients.Conduct research on global counselling market trends.
- Identify target audiences for new products.Any other task assigned by Manager or Management.

Roles & Responsibilities in Description:

- Design surveys to gather career counselling test and related result format. User feedback on career counselling needs.
- Analyze data to guide product and marketing strategies.
- Continuously gather feedback for iterative improvements.
- Maintain user surveys and feedback.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports with actionable recommendations.
- Analyze market trends and competition.Collaborate on a development roadmap.
- Develop & implement mentorship programs.
- Assist clients in developing professional profiles.
- Provide guidance on resumes, cover letters and online presence.
- Prepare daily work report.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Career Assessment: Provide comprehensive career guidance to individuals by assessing their skills, interests, values, and goals. Help them explore various career options and understand the educational and professional pathways available.
- Skill Assessment:
Conduct assessments to identify individuals' strengths, weaknesses, and skills. Use this information to guide them towards careers that align with their abilities and interests.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and progress.
- Ethical & Legal Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and legal guidelines in career counselling. Ensure that all interactions and advice provided are in the best interest of the individuals seeking assistance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
