And in order to achieve this, you will need to do the following: - goals, aspirations, and challenges. **- **Provide personalized career guidance and counseling to individuals, - recommending suitable career paths and educational programs. **- **Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and educational - programs to address inquiries and concerns. **- **Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets, demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to team goals. **- **Conduct thorough profiling and record student interactions and sales activities in the CRM system through detailed comments. **- **Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, counseling skills, and closure skills. **These are the Skills/Qualifications that we are looking** **for**: **- **2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, career counseling, or a related role. **- **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients. **- **Strong sales acumen with a consultative and empathetic approach. **- **Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting. **- **Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a high volume of client interactions. **- **Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively in a team environment. **So, what next?** If you have a passion for hustle, prioritize work above all, and share our **enthusiasm** with us.
