Designation - Sales Support Executive

Experience - 4 to 5 years

Location - Vasai (Mumbai)

Salary - 30k to 35k

Qualification -B.A/B.COM/BBA/BBM/Graduate
- Order Booking: Responsible in supporting Front end Sales team in Order Booking from customers.
- System Order Management: System Order Booking & Sending Order acknowledgements to the customer in time.
- Internal Order Management: Maintaining Customer Order Book, Part no wise tracking of Orders & Schedules of the customers.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Team for shipment execution and Logistics Team for documentation pertaining to customer orders, shipments & updates to customer.
- Payment Collection: Responsible for achieving Monthly Payment collection Targets. Managing Credit Holds, Credit & Debit Notes.
- Monitoring customer accounts and executing timely customer communications.
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
- Work in liaison with sales manager to prepare monthly AR, Order Booking review, sales plan, and shipment plan.
- Commission working activity on quarterly basis.
- Timely Rolling of Sales Plan, Backlog sheet & CRM Updating activities.
- Internal & External Communication: Timely communication with customer with respect to their business requirements. Effective follow up with the internal team members to get the work done
- Shall have Good Verbal/Written Mail Communication Skill
- Experience of handling sales support, order management for export business (EXIM business knowledge)
- ERP system work experience is very important (any system ERP). Knowledge of system work (order details, order punching in system, invoice etc. should be there)
- Basic Excel Knowledge is must
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Prior knowledge of Oracle is preferable

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
