- Repair Pump inventory maintaining
- Maintaining Active Client database
- Information to customer on Material delivery
- Technical Submission of finalized projects
- Client Relationship Building
- Maintaining updated Product price list
- Support Sales team in identifying customers
- Ensure Smooth coordination between departments
- Timely Escalations

- Weekly Enquire Generated Report
- Weekly Spare Sales Report
- Monthly AMC Report
- Monitor competitor activity and report significant developments to management.
- Maintain AMC calendar
- One point contact for all existing AMC's

Business intelligence - Ensure timely information shared with management

- Ensure SAP entries on daily basis
- Compile Customer Feedback for review
- Weekly inter-departmental meeting - MoM is captured and circulated, follow up and ensure deadlines are met for each activity

Ensure all defined process and policies are followed without deviations

Managing attrition
