In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and enabling our sales representatives to focus on closing deals. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, processing orders, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Administration:* Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team for all administrative needs.* Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and proposals accurately and in a timely manner.* Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Jugl) with client information, sales activities, and deal statuses.* Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for the Sales Manager.* Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Customer Service & Communication:* Liaise between the sales team, customers, and internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, accounting).*Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, order status, and billing issues professionally and promptly.* Help prepare for client presentations and meetings.Coordination & Process Management:* Monitor the sales pipeline and follow up on pending actions to ensure deadlines are met.* Assist in the coordination of lead generation activities and marketing campaigns.* Manage inventory of sales collateral and marketing materials.* Help organize sales events, trade shows, and conferences.Qualifications & SkillsRequired:* Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Sales Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).* Experience with a CRM software.* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.* Superb organizational and time-management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks.* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Preferred:* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.* Familiarity with the CNC industry.* Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.* Ability to analyze data and create basic reports.What We Offer* A competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.* Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance.* 401(k) plan with company match.* Generous paid time off and holiday schedule.* Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.* A collaborative and inclusive company culture.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their suitability for this role to [admin.hr@lskmachinetools.com] with the subject line "Sales Coordinator Application - [Your Name]" or contact 90877 11700
