Job Title:Position: Sales Co-ordinatorLocation: Kondapur, HyderabadCompany: PrakomAbout Us:Prakom is a leading manufacturer and supplier of uPVC and Aluminium Profiles, delivering durable and energy-efficient solutions for modern homes and commercial projects.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to client inquiries and follow-ups. - Coordinate with the sales team and key accounts to ensure timely communication and updates. - Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and related sales documents. - Maintain sales trackers, order status, and payment follow-up records. - Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for order deliveries. - Support the accounts team by forwarding bills and ensuring smooth documentation flow. - Respond to customer queries and provide prompt after-sales support. - Assist the management with sales reports, data entry, and CRM updates.Requirements:- Education: Any Graduate (Preferably in Commerce / Business Administration). - Experience: 1–3 years in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Inside Sales. - Good communication and coordination skills (English, Telugu, Hindi preferred). - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication. - Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.-Salary: Best in Industry + IncentivesTo Apply:- Send your resume to hr@Prakom.in or WhatsApp +919030799041
