Location : Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi Role Overview The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in daily operations including quote preparation, customer coordination, documentation, OEM/distributor follow-ups, CRM updates, and internal team coordination. The role ensures smooth communication between customers, sales, accounts, operations, and OEM partners. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Coordination Prepare sales quotes / commercial proposals for customers and on behalf of the sales team. Coordinate with sales team members for EOD updates, customer status, and follow-ups. Manage CRM Portals for leads, status updates, and customer database maintenance. Handle leads received through the Company Website – “Contact Us” forms. Customer Follow-Up & Communication Follow up with customers for requirements, clarifications, and
