**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
- Maintain and update supplier and product information in the database.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Track and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with the finance department for invoice verification and payment.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable service.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Prepare regular purchase and cost reports for management review.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing (preferably in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, construction, FMCG, etc.]).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
