The Opportunity:
You are our an in-house out-of-the-box Web/Graphic Design/SEO and Social Media leader with quantifiable hands-on experience in developing demographic specific well-targeted social media roadmap across multiple key social media vehicles such as but not limited to - Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

You will need proven experience with WIX website design.

You will also drive our service offerings through location-centric online media platforms, blogs etc.

You need to have a creative mind with high Emotional Intelligence and strong empathy. You should be able to relate, through compelling story-telling, to different market segments our brand - ‘DownDog’ targets. You will play a pivotal role in the overall content creation, brand awareness, reach and personal engagement with the core message of driving healthy lifestyle.

Initially you will report directly to our Marketing Lead who is absolutely hands-on.

The details which is the key:
1. You are a proven passionate Front-end creative Designer and Marketer where you are able to touch each demographic market segment, DownDog targets with a personal touch.

2. You adapt quickly to new social media vehicles and include them in your social media mix.

3. You have a good insight into the wellness ecosystem of Gurgaon, Delhi and India as a whole. You lead a healthy lifestyle yourself so that you can easily relate to DownDog Yoga target market.

4. Basic understanding of Yoga, it’s health and emotional benefits, current yoga teaching landscape in Gurgaon and Delhi will be preferred.

5. You bring to the table non-negotiable strong work ethics and takes sole responsibility of your actions. You are performance driven and love the chase.

6. You strongly believe in creating social-centric media campaigns and messages with compelling positive social impact.

How your performance will be evaluated:
1. Creative Design capability for website, social media and formulation of social media roadmap.

2 Organic Social Engagement on our Media vehicles.

3. Social media channels relevant follower growth

4. Strong Work Ethics.

5. Non-negotiable integrity and focus.

What skills we want you to have for this role:
1. 3-6 years impactful experience across different social media platforms and interactive website design with an Omnichannel, direct to consumer health and lifestyle luxury brand.

2. Quantifiable hands-on verifiable experience in Social Media Strategy, Content Planning, Creative Art direction, Content writing and Digital Marketing.

3. Prior extensive experience across social media performance analytical tools (viz. Bandwatch, Falcon, Iconosquare, klear) and Google analytics.

4. Analytical, numerate and proficient in excel, PowerPoint.

5. Excellent communication skills and can easily relate to DownDog multiple demographic segments.
