We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Fresher Graphic Designer to join our team. As a graphic designer at Digital Web Launcher, you will play a key role in developing visual content for digital platforms. **Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs)**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Work with design templates, brand assets, and marketing guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- **Concept Development**:

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- **Project Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.
- Receive and implement feedback to refine designs for optimal engagement and aesthetic appeal.
- **Time Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects efficiently, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Prioritize tasks to align with project goals and timelines.
- **Learning and Skill Development**:

- Attend workshops, training sessions, and peer feedback meetings to continuously improve design skills.
- Embrace new tools and software as needed to enhance the quality of design work.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge).
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of design work is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and collaborate in a team setting.
