Introduction:
As a Graphic & Web Designer at Madvik Retreat, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand in the digital realm. We are seeking a talented individual with a rich background in graphic and web design, particularly within the realm of luxury brands. Experience within the hospitality industry is highly desirable, but a strong portfolio showcasing work with luxury brands will also be considered.

- Web Design: Create and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our brand's message and offerings. Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for various devices.
- Brand Consistency: Uphold brand consistency across all design projects and platforms, adhering to brand guidelines while also bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand their design needs and objectives, and translate them into compelling visual assets.
- Research and Trends: Stay updated on design trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to continually enhance our brand's visual presence.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Photography and Image Editing: Occasionally assist in the selection and editing of high-quality images for use in various marketing materials.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic and web design.
- Proven track record of creating visually stunning designs for luxury brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory; however, a passion for luxury brands is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
