**About the role**:
As the importance of Finance Supply Chain Digitalisation and Automation increases, the role of the Digital, Data, Analytics (DDA) & System automation team is becoming increasing important to drive automation and deliver advances analytics capabilities across the GSK Finance Supply Chains.

The Finance Supply Chain DDA & System automation Lead role has significantly changed.
- The scope has increased from Vaccines to Vaccines & Pharma
- Number of systems to support and improve is wider (From Vx ERP/ Power bi to Rx& Vx including Siera, global Azure data lake, Power bI Rx/ Vx & Globa
- Number of users to support has more than doubled.
- Strategic global project to lead within GSCF such as SAP analytics (new Forecasting tools), Implementation of S4Hanna (One SAP)
- Bring innovative solutions to drive the productivity.

**These are critical activities to improve Finance Supply Chain digitalisation to better drive the performance within the business & deliver value through a better visibility of the data and advanced analytics.

The current role Data Analytics will be split into 2 teams:

- Data model & Innovation Senior Manager
- CoE Reporting and Master Data**Senior Manager

**Main purpose**
- Build GSCF data lake in Azure / Data sphere with TECH organisation
- Build Data flow to allow Reporting development
- Develop **statistical forecasting** model
- Bring advanced Analytics tools
- Bring AI to GSCF

**About the responsibilities**:
**Partnership**
- Collaborate closely with TECH and DD&A teams across the company to implement the data strategy and innovation roadmap.
- Partner with the GSCF leadership team to understand challenges and ambitions related to AI and new technologies.

**Project Management**
- Drive and implement projects around data modeling (Azure) and AI.
- Ensure clear roadmaps and execution plans for each digital finance initiative, removing blockers and enabling delivery.
- Ensure appropriate project governance to successfully deliver digital projects on time.

**GSCF Subject Matter Expertise**
- Understand GSCF data and data flow between different systems, including data from GSC such as volume and process orders.
- Translate finance needs into data model requirements.

**Technology Innovation**
- Act as a conduit between the Tech organization and Finance, bringing forward new ideas and innovations.
- Lead and maintain Azure, working closely with TECH who is responsible for the solution.
- Integrate AI solutions to support GSCF ambitions.
- Continually learn new analytical skills, techniques, and tools to maximize competitive advantage; participate in internal and external technology communities.

**Performance & Continuous Improvement**
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital finance solutions.
- Use continuous improvement methodology to enhance KPIs.
- Identify issues, determine root causes, and develop solutions to resolve them.
- Ensure reconciliation between different sources and propose actions in case of discrepancies.

**About you**:

- Minimum **10 years of experience** in SAP, data modeling, and BI.
- ** Strong technical knowledge** and high interest in technology and new innovations.
- Strong **business acumen**.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Curiosity and eagerness to explore new ideas.
- Ability to implement GSCF data model strategies with Tech.
