**About the Apartment**:
We are a well-maintained residential apartment community seeking a reliable and dedicated housekeeping staff member to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across common areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and maintaining common areas such as lobbies, staircases, corridors, and community spaces.
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
- Managing garbage disposal and ensuring waste is segregated properly.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the management.
- Assisting with special cleaning tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Physically fit for cleaning and related tasks.
