- **Experience**: Previous experience in housekeeping or customer service is advantageous, though not always required.
- **Physical Stamina**: The role often requires physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving furniture, so physical stamina is important.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure high cleanliness standards are met.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills are necessary for interacting with guests and team members.
