**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation & Lead Management**:
- Identify potential clients, evaluate their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and meet sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Understand client requirements and offer solutions that align with their goals.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge & Demonstration**:
- Stay up-to-date with the company’s products/services and market trends.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Answer questions and provide expert advice to clients about product benefits and features.
- **Sales Reporting & Target Achievement**:
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
- Prepare sales reports for management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to improve competitive advantage.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in [industry-specific products or services, e.g., hospitality, retail, etc.].
- Knowledge of local market dynamics.
