We are now seeking a motivated **Business Development Executive**who will focus on growing our patient base, improving engagement, and establishing strong community and corporate partnerships.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Drive patient acquisition through targeted outreach programs, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Develop and execute campaigns to improve patient retention, loyalty, and referral rates.
- Act as the first point of contact for corporate clients and medical referral partners.
- Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporates, wellness centers, and community organizations to promote clinic services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create patient education content and promotional material.
- Attend or organize health camps, seminars, and local events to promote clinic services directly to potential patients.
- Monitor patient feedback and coordinate with clinic staff to improve patient experience.
- Maintain a database of patients and referral partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and communications.
- Generate regular reports on patient acquisition metrics, outreach effectiveness, and ROI.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare business development or patient relations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare services and patient engagement strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic, approachable, and confident in building trust with patients.
- Ability to work independently and meet outreach and acquisition targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
