Beauty Trainer

Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to To maintain positive working relationships with company customers. To uphold the company & brand image of professionalism. Adherence to the Training Module To impart grooming and etiquette sessions Handholding & Cost Control Adherence to MIS & SOP’s, Attendance, Punctuality and
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
