**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Academic Delivery**
- Deliver theory, demonstrations, and hands-on practical training for Hair Levels 1 to 5.
- Identify and address learning gaps; provide extra sessions for students falling behind.
- Conduct internal assessments and in-house tests post each module (Basic & Advanced).
- Review and sign off student project files and practical dockets.

**Student Management**
- Maintain daily student attendance.
- Track and record individual student progress in theory and practicals.
- Support students with project work and encourage skill development through individual attention.

**Lab & Resource Management**
- Ensure daily upkeep, hygiene, and organization of the Hair Lab.
- Monitor the proper sanitization and sterilization of instruments, gadgets, products, and laundry.
- Maintain inventory records; update weekly stock requirements and raise orders at least two weeks in advance.
- Prevent misuse and wastage of materials, machines, and consumables.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues of machines/tools promptly.

**Weekly Responsibilities (Every Saturday)**
- Conduct lab deep-cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization of all instruments and materials.
- Take complete inventory stock and update the order book.
- Plan the upcoming week’s theory and practical schedule for all batches.
- Refill and restock products and prepare labs as per next week's module plan.
- Ensure all student records and logs are updated and accurate.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Diploma or Certification in Hairdressing/Hair Technology (minimum Level 4 preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience as a Hair Trainer or Faculty in a reputed beauty academy or salon.
- In-depth knowledge of haircuts, hair coloring, chemical treatments, styling, and hair care theory.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Passionate about training and mentoring aspiring beauty professionals.

**Salary**: 12000/- to 20000/- As per experience and qualification
