**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **theory and practical classes** on Haircutting, Coloring, Styling, Treatments, and Hair Care.
- Demonstrate techniques including **basic to advanced haircuts, blow-drying, chemical treatments (Keratin, Smoothening, Rebonding, Nanoplastia, Tanino), coloring, highlights, and advanced styling**.
- Train students in **client consultation, hair analysis, and product knowledge**.
- Ensure students follow **international hygiene, safety, and professional salon standards**.
- Support students during **practical sessions, assignments, and assessments**.
- Keep updated with **latest trends, products, and techniques** in the hair industry.
- Assist in **curriculum development and improvement** of the Hair Faculty department.
- Provide guidance to students for **career growth, internships, and placements**.
- Maintain records of student performance and report progress to the Academic Head.
- Occasionally participate in **workshops, events, and promotional activities** for the Academy.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Diploma/Certification** in Hairdressing / Cosmetology from a recognized academy.
- Minimum **2-5 years of professional experience** in hairdressing, with at least **1 year in training/teaching** (preferred).
- Expertise in **cutting, coloring, chemical treatments, styling, and hair care**.
- Strong **communication & presentation skills** in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Ability to **motivate and mentor students** of different learning levels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of **international hair trends, tools, and products**.
- Passion for **teaching, grooming, and inspiring students** to succeed.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
