- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about any changes in company or client policies.

- Costumer focus in a friendly and professional manner

**Your qualifications**:
You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).

Experience in the the customer support industry is a plus.

You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)

Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
