- Minimum Graduate in any field (B.Sc. Preferred)
- Experience working with farmers and livestock producers
- 1-5 years of experience in cattle feed or Agri-input sales
- Strong knowledge of dairy farming practices and animal nutrition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skill.

**Remuneration**: Rs. 15000-35000/-(as per experience)

**Job Profile**:

- Develop the market for cattle feed through customer and farmer meetings.
- Develop and manage sales within the assigned territory for cattle feed products (West Bengal & North East)
- Identify and approach dairy farmers, livestock owners, dealers, and co-operatives to promote products.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve growth targets
- Lead conversions across the feeds and ensure timely product delivery to customers.
- Consistently follow up to maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
