With a minimum of 2 years' managerial experience in a comparable role, proficiency in both English and Hindi, and a readiness to take on the challenge of managing one of Mumbai's best jewelry establishments, we eagerly anticipate receiving your resume.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Provide and maintain high standards of customer service
- Recruitment, training and development of the team, employee motivation
- Managing sales to achieve and exceed plans
- Business Process Optimization
- Resolving conflict situations with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Monitoring jewelry market trends, analyzing competitors to develop effective sales and marketing strategies;
- Other additional tasks that may arise during the work process. Contribute to the efficient operation of the jewelry house.
