Retail Salesperson

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs and preferences.
- Explain product details (purity, designs, making charges, schemes, etc.) clearly and confidently.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store growth.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters.
- Handle billing and basic computer entries when required.
- Support the team during peak seasons, festivals, and promotional events.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in jewellery/retail sales preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi; English is a plus).
- Pleasant personality with customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (billing, MS Office, WhatsApp).
- Ability to work on weekends, festivals, and extended hours when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
