1.Provide excellent customer support on Inbound calls related to General Insurance or Service related Outbound calls (No Sales target)
2.Utilize available knowledge resources and systems to educate the callers and resolve their concerns.
3.Accurately document the interactions and ensuring fulfilment of any follow-up commitments.
4.Ensure adherence to defined processes and required verbatim
Undergo periodic trainings and certifications
Skill Required
1.Basic computer & internet literacy and able to learn Insurance & CRM systems.
2.MS Office proficiency will be an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹17,500.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
