**Job Title: Telecalling/Telesales Executive - Real Estate**

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team. The primary objective will be to provide detailed information about our various properties, answer their inquiries, and nurture leads to drive successful sales conversions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and individuals who have enquired about our properties.
- Introduce and explain the features, amenities, and benefits of our real estate projects in a clear and compelling manner.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead generation and follow-up processes.
- Record and update all customer interactions and details in the CRM system.
- Meet individual and team targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in telemarketing or telecalling, in the real estate industry is preferred
- Freshers with a zeal to work and prove themselves can also apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
