**Senior Fashion Merchandiser - Lady Beauty Nightwear**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in fashion merchandising, preferably in the nightwear or garment industry.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, fashion forecasting, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant merchandising tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to create and implement product development plans.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock replenishment.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and markdown activities.
- Supervise a team of merchandisers and provide guidance and support.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and propose strategies for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and retailers.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
