Our organization is currently seeking a Junior Accounts Executive to join our team. As a Junior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks related to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Pass entries in the relevant accounting software to accurately record financial transactions

2. Enter TDS and GST related entries and ensure compliance with applicable laws

3. Provision expenses and accrue income to maintain accurate financial records

4. Reconcile bank entries to maintain the accuracy of financial transactions

5. Ensure proper invoice booking and perform regular checks to validate accuracy

6. Calculate TDS liability and file returns within the assigned timeframes

7. Reconcile accounts with 26AS to ensure accurate reporting

8. Prepare GST working and file returns in compliance with GST regulations

9. Reconcile GST liability and Input Tax Credit (ITC) for accurate reporting

10. Support in the monthly closure of books by handling various accounting tasks

11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and assist in managing other compliances

12. Timely reconciliation with vendor ledger to maintain accurate financial records

13. Submit TDS declarations as required by law

14. Create financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements

15. Prepare management information system (MIS) reports to support decision-making processes

16. Assist in managing regulatory and other compliance matters as assigned

17. Prepare reconciliation between system and reports

18. Ensuring ROC & other statutory compliances

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
