**Location**: Pune

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Accounts Payable Management**:Process vendor bills, and employee reimbursements. Reconcile accounts payable.
- ** Financial Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate financial records, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- ** Bank Reconciliation**: Perform reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies.
- ** Compliance and Taxation**:Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Help in preparing documents for tax filings and audits.
- ** Expense Management**: Moniter and track company expenses, including reviewing receipts and processing reimbursements. Ensure that all expenses are properly documented and approved.
- ** Coordination with Other Departments**:Work with other departments as and when required. Coordination with external vendors and internal teams for financial-related tasks.
- ** Other Administrative Tasks**: Provide general administrative support to the accounts department as needed.

**Requirements**:

- ** Educational Background**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ** Basic Accounting Knowledge**: Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- ** Proficiency in MS Office**: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling financial records and documents.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or issues.
- ** Communication Skills**: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- ** Team Player**: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others in the department.
- ** Eagerness to Learn**: A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
