**Skills & Prerequisites**:

- Proven working experience in core accounts as Jr accountant.
- Tally & ZOHO Books know-how.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, PF, PT, and ROC compliance.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
- Ability to manage large amounts of data.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and

regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure a redundant process backup is in place for

every critical operation.
- Create new internal accounting corporate policies and maintain existing policies.
- Monitor emerging technology to determine ways to automate the accounting process without

sacrificing accuracy and accountability.
- Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams.
- Implement and monitor the month, quarter, and year-end closeout accounting schedules.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Provide recommendations.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Meet financial accounting objectives.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
