JD:
Role & responsibilities

1) Knowledge of Tally Prime, Webtel TDS return filing & GST detail preparation

2) Efficient in MS Excel/Word & MIS

3) Day to day accounting ,Bank reconciliation & keep update bank balance

4) Can prepare NEFT/ RTGS etc

5) Assist in internal audit for processing of Finalization of Accounts

6) Maintain books of Accounts payable and Account receivable

7) Online payment of Tax

8) Real Estate experienced will be preferred

9) Handling profile to give NOC at the time of possession/transfer of Units

10) Assist with the preparation of financial statements

11) Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers

12) Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue

13) Maintain and record fixed assets

14) Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary

15) Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
