As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales and drive revenue growth for our company. You will actively seek out and engage potential customers, build strong relationships, and guide them through the sales process. This role offers unlimited earning potential, as your compensation will be based on a commission structure tied to your sales performance.
**Responsibilities**:
Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation tools.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
Understand customer needs, address any objections, and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact to post-sales support.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and profitability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using our CRM software.
Continuously enhance your sales skills and product knowledge through training sessions and self-study.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a commission-based environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential customers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve results, with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Knowledge of the Fashion and understanding of customer needs and pain points.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technology.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection and objections effectively.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
