**Job Summary**
About the Role:
**Duties**
- Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze commission reports and statements accurately and timely.
- Handle large volumes of data related to commissions and sales.
- Develop, maintain, and update MIS (Management Information System) reports.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure commission calculations are accurate.
- Use advanced Excel functions to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data.
- Assist in month-end and quarter-end financial reporting related to commissions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

**Skills & Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master’s in Commerce (M.Com), or MBA in Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commissions coordination or finance.
- Strong understanding of administrative processes and office dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
