This pivotal role ensures that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and associated systems perform to design intent and meet client and regulatory requirements. Join us to deliver Project Planning and Controls initiatives that directly shape our business success, from sourcing candidates to enhancing candidate experiences.Your Role- Lead and manage the full commissioning process for MEP systems on large-scale projects.- Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.- Review and validate MEP designs to ensure commissioning requirements are integrated early.- Coordinate between design consultants, contractors, and end-users to achieve seamless project delivery.- Oversee functional testing, system validation, and performance verification.- Manage commissioning documentation, reports, and quality records.- Identify and resolve technical or performance issues promptly.- Provide mentoring and technical leadership to junior commissioning engineers.- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).- Minimum 10+ years of experience in MEP commissioning, with at least 5 years in a senior/lead role.- Proven experience managing commissioning on large commercial, healthcare, data center, or infrastructure projects.- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, and control systems.- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.- Familiarity with commissioning software, documentation tools, and QA/QC processes.- Professional accreditation (e.g., CEng, LEED AP, or similar) is advantageous.What We Offer- Total package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.- The chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects.- A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.- Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Lead?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEMCO and shape the future of infrastructure delivery in the UAE.Apply today and be part of something extraordinary.
