*Position: Office Peon*

*Responsibilities:*

1. Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.

2. Handle mail distribution, both incoming and outgoing.

3. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the office premises.

4. Run errands, such as going to the post office or fetching office supplies.

5. Support basic maintenance tasks, like changing light bulbs or handling minor repairs.

6. Aid in reception duties by greeting and directing visitors when necessary.

7. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings or office events.

8. Follow instructions from office staff and report on completed tasks.

9. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

*Requirements:*

1. Basic understanding of office tasks and organization.

2. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned duties efficiently.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

4. Excellent communication skills.

5. Respect for confidentiality and discretion.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
