We are seeking a diligent and reliable Office Boy/Peon to join our team and support our daily office operations. The Office Boy/Peon will be responsible for performing various administrative and office support duties. This role is essential for maintaining a neat and organized workspace, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing assistance to staff and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
- Maintain pantry and office supplies (e.g., tea, coffee, stationery) and replenish as needed.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as required.
- Help in delivering documents and materials to other departments or external partners.
- Run errands outside the office, such as delivering packages, documents, and other items.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail.
- Provide support to colleagues as needed, such as making tea/coffee or assisting in other administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing office events or celebrations.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures in the office environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
