Job Title: Office Assistant (Office Boy / GIRL)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, printing, and filing documents.
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization, including tidying up common areas and replenishing office supplies.
- Make arrangements for meetings and appointments, including scheduling conference rooms and preparing refreshments.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning up for office events or meetings.
- Run errands outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies or picking up lunch orders.
- Assist colleagues with tasks as needed, including basic IT support.
- Follow office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying items as needed.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
