**About the Role**

We are looking for motivated **part-time telecallers** to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls and assisting users with **free registrations**. It is ideal for students, homemakers, or professionals seeking flexible work hours.

Fluency in **Malayalam English and Tamil** is essential as you will be engaging with users across South India.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calls**: Connect with potential users and introduce free registration services.
- **Lead Conversion**: Assist and guide users to successfully complete the registration process.
- **Data Accuracy**: Record details correctly in the system.
- **Reporting**: Share daily updates on calls and registrations.
- **Target Achievement**: Contribute to team goals by consistently delivering results.

**Job Details**
- **Job Type**: Part-Time (3-5 hours/day, flexible shift options)
- **Salary**: ₹4,000 - ₹12,000 per month (performance-based)
- **Benefits**: Work from home, incentives for performance

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass preferred
- **Experience**: Telecalling/Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
- **Languages**: Malayalam (required), Tamil (required), English (preferred)
- **Equipment**: Laptop + stable internet connection required

**Schedule**
- Flexible working hours (daytime shift)
- 3-5 hours per day
