**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to conduct outreach surveys with content creators whose accounts have been inactive or blocked. Your role will involve understanding their concerns, guiding them through reactivation, and recording feedback.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to creators to assess account inactivity.
- Understand reasons for account blocks/inactivity and document responses.
- Encourage and assist creators in reopening their accounts.
- Maintain clear and accurate call logs and feedback records.
- Collaborate with internal teams for follow-up actions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum months of experience in sales calling, telemarketing, or customer support.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Comfortable working with targets and remote setup.
- Tamil & Telugu languages are required along with English language.
