Operation Program Intern

MTC is looking for Operations project manager intern to handle & putting ideas in an organizational growth. You will be working closely with team members to track and scheduled all projects requirements and deadlines. As an Operations Project manager Intern your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
**Core Functional Responsibilities**
- Manage day to day assigned operations tasks for smooth delivery.
- Assist the operations team members on the assigned duties.
- Establish roles, responsibility, and competencies that are required for a project
- Empower team & setting the co-worker goal according to their potential
- Maintaininggoodandpositiverelationwithcompanystakeholders
- Identify and raise project delivery risk and issues for resolution
- Project Administrator and record keeping
- Work closely with the development architect and development team
- Become familiar with processes and practices used at Zoho
- Provide project status to executive management
- Follow existing work standards, procedures, and properly use internal & external system
- Working with vendors to collecting and providing feedback on products
- Planning and monitoring budgets and costs
- Track, monitor and control the expense budgets
- Design and implement various strategies and plans
- Fixing the goals to easily achieve the target

- Supporting the team cross-functionally to complete assigned tasks and goals.
- Updating CRM data base and coordinate on sending out campaigns and mails.
- Work with management team to develop and and implement operational initiatives.
- Attending and responding to Sales IQ queries and escalate it if required to the concern team.
- Updating and maintaining performance metrics.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper coordination with the team members.
- Participate in weekly review meetings with various teams.
- Collaboratively work for better production
- Work together throughout a project
- Help the team & providing guidance for common goal
- Attend various meeting to support client
- Fixing the goals to easily achieve the target
- Work with reporting manager, business heads, and internal teams to achieve tasks and goals.
