The ideal candidate will have started their career in marketing and evolved into a program management role, bringing a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.Location: Chennai or KochiExperience: 3–5 YearsResponsibilities:Program Management: Lead and manage marketing programs from planning through execution,ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.• Campaign Oversight: Collaborate with marketing teams to oversee campaign execution,ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, digital, product, andother marketing departments to drive integrated marketing initiatives.• Project Tools & Workflow: Manage tasks and timelines using tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, orsimilar project management platforms.• Performance Tracking: Monitor program KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionableinsights to optimize future campaigns.• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in marketing operations and implement scalableprocesses for efficiency and effectiveness.• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders,ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.Required Qualifications:• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and/or program management roles.• Proven experience in marketing campaign execution and strategy development.• Strong understanding of marketing operations, tools, and workflows.• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, orsimilar.• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
