**This job is for managing the complete brand which includes managing multiple outlets, developing new products, finding innovative solutions.**

**Creme Castle Plans to open 10 more outlets in next 2 years and is looking for not just a chef but a strategic partner.**

**Job Description includes**:
Responsible for the production of all pastries, cakes, cold/ hot desserts, toppings for the pastry shop as well as other outlets.

To prepare production charts of all the bakery and pastry items and monitor them from time to time.

Ensure to exceed guest expectations in quality and service of the food products. Supervise the preparation and production of all bakery products. Ensure that all HACCP procedures are followed and clear records are maintained at all the times. Any matter which may effect the interests of hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.

**Key Responsibilities: Kitchen Planning**

Plan and design menus, responsible for presentation of pastries, bakery items and chocolates.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- B 79, Sector 67, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
