Learning Facilitator

The AMEX GBT HR Team are responsible for building and nurturing the best and most diverse team in travel. If you are passionate about developing individuals, teams and obsessed with delivering exceptional experiences why not join our fantastic team.

You are someone who delivers learning experiences that are out of this world You understand what it takes to succeed in a global organization and quickly recognize core skills that colleagues need to grow within their role. You believe effective learning solutions to be the key to driving a change in behavior and performance. You work across multi-channel platforms to deliver exciting, engaging, educational experiences.

WHAT You’ll do
- Provide learning solutions and support for the TravelerCare organization
- Deliver engaging and impactful learning programs that excite and inspire colleagues
- Ensure the learners experience is central to the solutions you deliver
- Identify functional training & knowledge requirements; develop pathways for new and existing colleagues
- Supporting learning communities for development and/or delivery of targeted solutions
- Be a team player who willingly shares knowledge and expertise to ensure success for all

SKILLS YOU’LL HAVE
- Previous experience as a Travel Counselor is required
- Tech savvy, experienced in GDS reservations
- Your passion for wanting to help others develop is evident in everything that you do
- Confidence as a learning facilitator, you thrive in front of a classroom be it physical or virtual, and you leave people energized, enthused and eager to learn more
- Detail oriented, producing work to the highest standards
- Resilience and flexibility; you’re a self-starter who can handle an unclear brief
- Coaching and/or training others within a team and identifying key skills that will drive success
