These skills are vital for thriving in today's knowledge-based economy. Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Karur for a STEM Facilitator. The STEM Facilitator will design and deliver engaging STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) curriculum, conduct interactive workshops, and mentor students in building hands-on projects. Responsibilities include fostering students critical thinking, guiding them in computational and logical reasoning, and integrating innovative tools and methods to enhance learning outcomes. Collaboration with educators and stakeholders to customize learning plans is also part of the role. Qualifications - Strong understanding of STEM subjects and the ability to teach science and mathematics concepts effectively - Skills in problem-solving, computational thinking, and logical reasoning - Familiarity with modern teaching methods, including blended learning and hands-on project facilitation - Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills - Experience with educational technology tools and platforms is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Technology, or a related field - Previous teaching or facilitation experience is preferred
