Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Facilitator, located in Hyderabad. The Design Facilitator will engage students in creative problem-solving and hands-on design processes, promoting innovation and collaborative learning. Responsibilities include planning and delivering design lessons aligned with IB curriculum principles, supporting students in project-based activities, and fostering an environment that encourages inquiry and critical thinking. The Design Facilitator will also contribute to curriculum development, evaluate student outcomes, and ensure resources and tools for design education are effectively utilized. Qualifications - Proficiency in Design Thinking, project-based learning, and creative problem-solving approaches - Expertise in tools, technologies, and software relevant to design education (e.g., CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools) - Strong communication, facilitation, and collaborative skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively - Experience in developing innovative lesson plans and aligning them with IB curriculum principles - Ability to foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes inquiry, exploration, and critical thinking - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Education, or related fields; prior teaching experience in the IB framework is a plus - Commitment to professional growth, learning, and applying progressive educational practices - A passion for creativity, innovation, and inspiring learners to think globally and act responsibly
