Graduate 3+ years of payroll processing experience required Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws is also a must Proficient in MS Office, data entry and office equipment (i.e. telephone, head set, 10-key or calculator, PC, )
Excellent communication skills are required for this role with no evidence of regional language influence.
Ability to hold a conversation and engage the client for a long duration.
Listening and probing skills should be excellent.
Should be able to display empathy and acknowledge appropriately.
Ability to articulate complex resolutions in a simplified manner
Mastery and control over verbal communication
Proven proficiency in prioritizing critical client issues and managing workflow (required)
Excellent in both Oral and written communication
Working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is helpful (Highly Preferred)
Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills
Effective team management, time management skills, organization, and planning required
