**Job-Description**:

- Monitor and ensure adherence to the company's systems related to sales and payment collection.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships (new and existing) to ensure timely payments from all customers.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers while reporting directly to the Director.
- **Active Follow-up with customers for payments without losing the client**:

- Contribute to policy-making and implement strategies to improve the company's processes.

**Qualification**:

- Experience in Textile (Yarn) industry is a must
- 5+ years of work experience
- Effective communication in Gujarati/Marwardi/Hindi
- Understanding of Advance Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
