**Role Overview**:
As a Customer Success Intern, you will assist our Customer Success team in onboarding new clients, addressing basic support inquiries, and ensuring users get the most out of the Wokelo platform. This is a hands-on opportunity for a recent graduate or current student looking to gain real-world experience in SaaS customer operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in onboarding new customers: guide users through basic platform setup and provide initial training materials.
- Help maintain and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation.
- Monitor user engagement metrics and flag inactive users or potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Tech) to escalate and resolve basic customer questions.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute ideas for improving user satisfaction.

**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- ** 0-6 months of experience** (internships, part-time roles, or relevant coursework).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Basic familiarity with SaaS products or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proactive attitude: you should be eager to ask questions, take direction, and offer suggestions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience with CRM or support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk).
- Exposure to data analysis or reporting (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Interest in finance, investing, or SaaS.
